Duncan McIntyre is Group Director of Organisational Effectiveness at Aldermore, where he leads the development and adoption of the bank's AI and automation strategy across the Group. He works closely with business and technology leaders to embed AI capabilities that improve decision-making, streamline operations and support commercial growth.

Duncan established Aldermore's AI Centre of Excellence has overseen more than twenty-seven live AI use cases across customer experience and technology, including a robotic process automation exit programme that has already delivered over £1.5m in annualised savings. He also serves as Programme Director for Aldermore's major Global Operating Model Transformation which is delivering a step change in Customer and Technology capability. Through a focus on responsible innovation, enterprise-wide transformation and scalable technology adoption, underpinned by robust AI governance, Duncan is helping position Aldermore to realise the full value of AI for customers, colleagues and shareholders.
