Profile

Francesca is a technology executive with more than a decade of experience across data, analytics, AI and software architecture. Before joining ING, she served as a Forward Deployed Architect at Palantir and held senior AI, data and architecture roles at UniCredit. Her career also includes experience with IBM Global Business Services, dunnhumby, Zafin and Intel across Italy and the United Kingdom. At ING, she leads the Data & Analytics technology agenda, with a strong focus on scalable platforms, engineering excellence, governance and turning data and AI into business value.
