He works across business, technology, and group functions to accelerate innovation while ensuring strong governance, regulatory alignment, and measurable business outcomes. His leadership spans the intersection of technology, risk, sustainability, and artificial intelligence, enabling Barclays to harness emerging technologies at enterprise scale. Since joining Barclays in 2008, Saurabh has held senior leadership positions across India, the UAE, Africa, and the UK, leading complex global technology, operations, and transformation programmes.
