Profile

Dr Navdeep Athwal is Head of User Experience for Enterprise Technology at Citigroup, where she shapes how AI is experienced by employees. Previously, as Head of User Experience Research and Insights for Functions Technology, she embedded a data driven, user centred approach to product development across a wide portfolio of internal applications. She has also held UX Lead roles at JP Morgan and Deloitte Digital. Navdeep holds a PhD in Consumer Psychology and has served as an Assistant Professor at universities in the UK.
