Neil Brown is a Partner in Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice and leads Technology Strategy & Transformation in the UK, specialising in Core Banking Modernisation. He works with financial services organisations on complex technology transformation, helping them modernise legacy estates, transform core banking platforms and establish the capabilities needed for sustainable change. His experience spans more than 25 years across technology delivery, programme assurance and implementation, with a particular focus on large-scale transformation in banking.
Neil is particularly focused on how new technologies, including AI are accelerating modernisation, helping organisations tackle legacy complexity and rethink how technology transformation is delivered.
